Pilates on the OOV

Functional movement training on the OOV is about creating efficient movement patterns to strengthen the body in a coordinated and effective way.

The exercises I teach promote joint mobility & stability, endurance, strength and proper alignment including balance training.

The Oov provides feedback for the body and mind to improve movement patterns. The Oov actually mimics the body and creates a state of instability in order to give you feedback, so to enhance your abilities to achieve more efficient movement. Exercising on the OOV is fun & challenging.

Hi I’m Carrie. I’m a Pilates teacher, based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Proudly Polestar Australia trained & certified.
